Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN)

Sourced from: West Africa, East Africa.

Our Raw Cashew Nuts are sourced directly from farms and collection hubs across Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Mozambique, Burkina Faso and Senegal—regions known for producing high KOR cashew. The harvest season runs between February and June, during which the nuts are gathered by hand and sun-dried immediately to retain freshness.

Before export, cashew undergoes:

  • Visual inspection for shell damage, mold, or discoloration
  • Moisture testing (<10%) to ensure long-term storage and prevent fungal growth
  • Calibration by nut count (NC) and KOR (Kernel Output Ratio)

We offer both raw in-shell and pre-graded lots based on buyer specification. Our cashew is ideal for shelling plants, processors, and international traders who demand high yield and consistent quality.
